Francophone Parliament
The new headquarters of the Brussels French-speaking parliament includes a mixed construction project: the new construction of an office building and the renovation and transformation of a listed building (Renaissance 1694) into a multi-purpose space. The new headquarters has 5 floors and a basement that connects with the underground parking of adjacent buildings. In addition, the building is intended to be energy efficient (almost passive) and has an exemplary facade (double Voronoïde skin).
