Motel One

The original building, which was used as the office of the Belgian daily newspaper “Le Soir”, has been successfully transformed into a modern hotel. The particularity of the project concists in the creation of a lobby on two levels, with a double acces to Rue Royale and Place de Louvain. The 490 rooms are divided into 3 wings articulated around a garden bringing a breath of fresh air into this largely built islet. A connecting bridge organizes all internal traffic.
