In order to revitalize the Heysel site, this call for promoters for the redevelopment of the plateau includes 590 housing units, 2 crèches, 1 senior staff, offices, 72,000 m² of commercial space, 9,000 m² of catering and everything related to leisure: a completely renovated Mini Europe, a Spirouland, cinemas and a partnership with the “Cité des sciences et de l’industrie”.
