Administrative Centre

The project of the administrative city will consist in the development or destruction and reconstruction of a real estate complex on a 6,880 m2 plot into an urban hypercentre. It will be composed of 6 superstructure levels, an annex block on 3 levels for use as a workshop and restaurants as well as a 1270 m² plot of parking space. In addition, it will include 20,764 m² of space to be renovated and requalified. Finally, the office spaces will be destined for: the city of Verviers (with public reception), the CPAS of Verviers, the Walloon Region (citizen’s counters), the Police Station (Zone Vesdre) and various external stakeholders.
