The original building, which housed the offices of the Belgian daily newspaper 'Le Soir', has undergone a major transformation to become a state-of-the-art hotel. A notable feature of this project is the creation of a lobby spanning two levels, with access from Rue Royale and Place de Louvain.
The hotel has 490 rooms in three wings arranged around a garden, adding a touch of freshness to this densely built-up area. A connecting walkway has been designed to coordinate all the interior traffic in a fluid manner.
The project includes an underground car park with 199 parking spaces and a 200 m² retail area.
