The plan is to develop (or demolish and rebuild) a building complex on a 6,880 m² plot of land in the heart of the city. The complex will comprise a 6-storey superstructure, with a three-storey annexe block to house workshops and restaurants, and a 1,270 m² plot of land dedicated to parking.
In total, this project involves the renovation and refurbishment of 20,764 m² of space.
The spaces will mainly be dedicated to offices and will accommodate the City of Verviers, the Verviers CPAS, the Walloon Region (for the citizen's counters), the Police Station (Vesdre zone), as well as various external contributors.
