Mission

Working in collaboration with the partners and with the support of the entire aCMG team, you will be responsible for managing complex and iconic property projects.

What we are looking for

  • You are a civil engineer, industrial construction engineer, architect or you have proven experience in the construction or property development sector.
  • You have 10 years' proven experience and expertise in at least one €20 million project.
  • You're solution-oriented
  • You are organised
  • You know how to analyse a situation, summarise it to facilitate decision-making and establish priorities
  • You have an excellent understanding of the technical, budgetary and administrative aspects of a property project
  • You are autonomous, versatile and constantly seeking to broaden your knowledge
  • You are able to make proposals and take initiatives
  • You have a sense of responsibility.
  • You are highly adaptable
  • You have good people skills and are diplomatic
  • You have impeccable oral and written communication skills in French and English, and Dutch is a plus.
  • You are a team player with proven experience in team management
  • You are comfortable using the IT tools used in our sector, particularly MS Project, Excel and document management platforms.
  • You are self-employed or ready to become self-employed

What we expect

As Senior Project Manager, you will act as the technical, budgetary and human link between the various parties involved in the project for which you are responsible.
You will set up, manage and monitor the various aspects of the projects for which you will be responsible, and more specifically :

  • Carry out a detailed analysis of the customer's needs and quantify the investment cost
  • Advise and assist the customer in setting up the design team
  • Defining the overall budgetary context and monitoring it both during the study phase and during implementation
  • Interact and negotiate with the various project stakeholders: customers, financial partners, technical teams, architects, engineers, contractors, public authorities, etc.
  • To coordinate and lead the design team in technical and budgetary terms
  • Critically analyse proposals from architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, etc.
  • Provide framework estimates of overall project costs
  • Carrying out budget and value engineering studies
  • Organising calls for tender
  • Controlling and monitoring the project schedule and budget
  • Assessing, controlling and monitoring project risks: environment, planning permission, timetable, etc.
  • To monitor the execution of the project and ensure handover

In collaboration with the partners, you will supervise and develop the skills of the team members working with you.
