Hello and welcome everyone. Allow me to explain why ACMG is organising this conference today, with the invaluable help of Proptechlab.

This conference is rooted in the reality of our work, which is to help investors and developers ensure that their projects are delivered on time and on budget.
We also want to keep an eye on the horizon so that we can be more efficient in our work. That's why we've teamed up with La Foncière Numérique to support our customers' digital strategies.

We believe that the property market needs to become more fluid.

As we work on bricks and mortar projects, the design, construction and management of these bricks involves a large number of players who have all learned to control, manage and sell their know-how through data.

The result is an industry that is not agile, not transparent and difficult to understand without these experts.

Like the financial world, which has undergone the same transformation, the disruptive approach of PropTech players focuses on market demands and overturns our old habits.

As well as meeting the challenges of tomorrow, we live in a fast-changing world where everything we produce has an impact, and real estate is the biggest. Just think that the number of buildings in the world will double by 2060. That's the equivalent of building a new city of New York every month for the next 40 years!
